- If any bag has contaminated waste and we have to get reloaded at the dump. The load will be returned to your property at your cost.
- In addition to the above you will be charged a minimum of $150. You will not get another pick up and a refund on your original order.
- Placement of bags MUST be within 4 metres of kerbside (we’ll advise best place for pickup upon delivery).
Do not place bags under power lines or any overhead obstructions. We pick the bag up on the side of our trucks with a crane. If you place your bag on crown land you could be fined by your local council. Contact your local Council for details. Placement of bag inside your property is advisable. Please contact your local Operator for any enquires. - Once the bag is delivered. You are responsible for the integrity of the bag. If the “Safety” of the bag is compromised in any way (i.e. cuts/holes in the bag, handles are broken or frayed), the driver may refuse to pick the bag up due to safety reasons. Extra charges and rebooking fee may apply. You will not get a refund on your original purchase.

- Due to various safety requirements each bag is a one use only bag. For low weight or soft loads we may try to recycle as many bags as we can safely.
- ALL pickups must be booked within three (3) months of payment – if you need more time, ask us and we’ll advise.
