How it Works

Where can I buy a bag?

Bags can be purchased from us by calling 0408 863 359 or booking online. But you will have to pay for the pickup as well. If you are after multiple bags. We can accommodate. So please contact us.

Step 1

Buy a Bag and pay for the pickup – call us on 0408 863 359 or use the booking tab to purchase and arrange delivery. If you already have a bag or have purchased from another company, in most cases we can collect those bags too. So please call us to organise.

Deliveries of the bags are from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We will endeavour to get the bag to you as quickly as possible. But it may take up to 4 working days to deliver. You will be called or receive a text by the driver prior to the delivery. The driver will also advise you of the best placement for the bag.

Once you buy a bag, you OWN it until it is collected by us. Have the bag for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Please advise if you need longer.

All bags are single use ONLY and will not be returned.

Step 2

Fill it with your waste! You can “Split ‘n’ Save” – separate (bricks, concrete, rocks) from Green Waste (only) and your Mixed Waste. So it’s cheaper to dispose of saving you Money.

Make sure you don’t include any items on our contaminated or prohibited waste list or other material that is not acceptable, click here for full details.

Placement of bags MUST be within 4 metres of kerbside. Do not place bags under power lines or any overhead obstructions. We pick the bag up on the side of our trucks with a crane. If you place your bag on crown land you could be fined by your local council. Contact your local Council for details. Placement of bag inside your property is advisable. Please contact your local operator for any enquires.

Once you have filled the bag up and need the bag removed. Call us to arrange the pick on 0408 863 359. Depending on what you put in the bag. That will determine the pick up PRICE. (That is if you using your own bag) So, if you SPLIT your waste, we can recycle the contents. That is how you can SAVE MONEY! Split’n’Save.

Step 3

Book a Pick Up. Simply call 0408 863 359 to arrange and we’ll collect within four (4) working days of your original booking.

You have 3 months for the pickup from the date of your bag purchase. If you require the bag longer. Please notify us.

Pickups are from Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.

You will be called or receive a text prior to pick up.

Terms & Conditions

  • Additional $30 per 100kg overweight of that bag.
  • Prohibited Waste in ALL BAGS
    • NO Asbestos
    • NO Fibro
    • NO Chemicals.
    • NO Solvents
    • NO Oils
    • NO Paints
  • Additional Charges for:
    • Fridges $50
    • Tyres Small $25 – Medium $35 – Large $45
    • Rehandling $50 min
    • Rebooking fee $50
  • If any bag has contaminated waste and we have to get reloaded at the dump. The load will be returned to your property at your cost.
  • In addition to the above you will be charged a minimum of $150. You will not get another pick up and a refund on your original order.

  • Once the bag is delivered. You are responsible for the integrity of the bag. If the “Safety” of the bag is compromised in any way (i.e. cuts/holes in the bag, handles are broken or frayed), the driver may refuse to pick the bag up due to safety reasons. Extra charges and rebooking fee may apply. You will not get a refund on your original purchase.

  • Due to various safety requirements each bag is a one use only bag. For low weight or soft loads we may try to recycle as many bags as we can safely.
  • ALL pickups must be booked within three (3) months of payment – if you need more time, ask us and we’ll advise.
